Instruction / data memory (SRAM, SDRAM) needs to be a mimimum of 64 MB, 256 MB preferred.
We require at least 50 krad, prefer 100, and consider 300 ideal.
Double precision float support is required.
Some measure of SPECINT/NBench (or other benchmark of performance) would be valuable, along with a floating point benchmark.
Faster is better. We will have to evaluate the board's ability to keep up with our computing needs for optical navigation.
RFQ for flatsat-like setup with OBC, UHF COMM, some attitude control (actuators) , perhaps power distribution unit. The point of the setup would be to test and develop control software and satellite wide fault-tolerance functions. Software wise we need to be as much as possible open source compatible.
Delivery is required this year.
